Take once daily as a preventative measure. During illness, take 3-4 times daily.

Add the kit contents to water on the stovetop or in the Instant Pot. Each kit yield approximately 28-31 oz of syrup, which can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

For Instant Pot:
1. Place 4 cups filtered water and
contents of elderberry kit in instant
pot.
2. Close & lock lid, ensuring valve is
set to seal.
3. Set to manual or pressure cook for
20 minutes.
4. When finished, release pressure.
Strain elderberries from the liquid
and allow to cool to lukewarm before
continuing to next step.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup honey (raw, local
is best) until dissolved and store in
glass jar in fridge for up to 6 weeks.
