Immunity water



I drink this about once a week to support a healthy immune system, or if I feel like I'm starting to come down with something. It usually nips whatever it is in the bud. Mama don't have time to get sick!


To your filtered ice water add:

  • A generous splash of apple cider vinegar with the mother. We prefer @bragglivefoodproducts

  • 1/2 tsp vitamin c - I use c-salts for weekly use (because they're more affordable). If I feel sick I'll do acerola powder which is more bio available because it is a whole food source (things like c salts & ascorbic acid are synthetic). Both are linked in my Amazon shop under supplements

  • 2 drops @doterra OnGuard essential oil


So much of keeping our bodies at optimal functioning level is prevention! Eating a whole food diet with limited processed foods & sugars, reducing our toxic load, getting exercise, plenty of vitamin D, getting enough sleep, & reducing stress when possible.


You cannot out supplement a toxic lifestyle, but having tools like this in my arsenal are helpful so I can be prepared.
