If your kiddo has a cold and you want to get some extra vitamin C in them, but they don't love taking it - here's my trick!
On a spoon, pour a dollop of honey, then sprinkle the vitamin C powder (pictured here are C Salts - linked below. It's buffered so it's less bitter and not as rough on the tummy). You can even sandwich the vitamin C between 2 layers of honey. My kids love this and always ask for more 😆. Plus, not only are they getting the immune boost from the C, but if you're using raw honey, its phytonutrients have immune benefits as well!
